JULY 17th 2009 – (Miami Beach, FL) – Cosmopolitan en Español magazine, the #1 young women’s Spanish – language beauty and fashion magazine, celebrated its 3rd Annual Summer Splash Fashion Show at The Setai Hotel in Miami Beach last night.

Cosmopolitan en Español hosted the hottest summer fashion show event that showcased the latest trends in summer looks to hit the runway this season which included everything from swimwear to cover ups, and the latest watches from Technomarine. This unique, by invitation only event, took place at the exclusive upscale Hotel, The Setai in Miami Beach. Miami Socialites, Hispanic Celebrities such as actress Danna Garcia, Maritza Rodriguez along with Miami’s Media and Fashionistas such as Martin Llorens from Despierta America and designer Nicolas Felizola all enjoyed the evening, Cosmopolitan en Español style.

The models embraced the runway with their make-up done by Cover Girl Cosmetics and Hair by Rocco Donna Hair Salon. The event was a unique outdoor soiree that featured cool music performances, passed hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and a runway show.

Along with the steamy summer trends that hit the runway Cosmopolitan en Español featured a special preview of the movie Casi Divas and had the singer- songwriter MARGER perform her hot 10 single “Quiero Que Tu Amor Se Vaya”. After the fashion show, hot off the Premios Juventud stage, Puerto Rican Pop group Dazoo performed live as some of Latin music’s brightest star such as Alex Syntek, Kanny Garcia, Chenoa danced the night away.
