Los ídolos consentidos de las telenovelas mexicanas, William Levy y Maite Perroni, serán anfitriones de la 25ª ceremonia de los Premios Herencia Hispana, la celebración anual de la excelencia hispana y el principal evento del Mes de la Herencia Hispana en Estados Unidos.

Desde 2005, Levy ha participado en siete telenovelas, dos series, una película y en una obra de teatro. Levy ha ganado cuatro premios de interpretación y revistas en español (incluyendo People en Español) lo han elogiado varias veces como uno de los "Más Bellos" y "Más Sexy" de los hombres. También figuró como el interés romántico de la actriz y cantante Jennifer López en su video musical de este año I’m Into You de su álbum Love?

Los Premios Herencia Hispana (HHAs) fueron creados en 1987 por la Casa Blanca como la celebración oficial del Mes de la Herencia Hispana, que se extiende desde el 15 de septiembre hasta el 15 de octubre. En los últimos 25 años, los HHAs se han convertido en uno de los más prestigiosos premios en Estados Unidos, en honor a la excelencia, el liderazgo y los logros Hispanos en el campo de las Artes, Educación, Liderazgo, Visión, Empresarial, Deportes y Leyenda. Este año, la vigésima-quinta ceremonia de los Premios Herencia Hispana contará con las emocionantes actuaciones en escenario por el reconocido bailarín de Flamenco Joaquín Cortés; el cantante y compositor venezolano Carlos Baute; la sensación de la música pop mexicana Dulce María; y el internacionalmente famoso salsero Rey Ruiz. Los anfitriones de la ceremonia serán el popular comediante, actor y director Eugenio Derbez, conjuntamente con William Levy y Maite Perroni. María-Esmeralda Paguaga tendrá una vez más a su cargo la conducción como productora ejecutiva del programa por tercer año consecutivo.

CO-HOST WILLIAM LEVY TO BE AUCTIONED OFF

The 25th Hispanic Heritage Awards ceremony will take place September

WASHINGTON, D C, September 13th, 2011 -- Telenovela heartthrob William Levy Gutierrez is for sale! Well, not literally. But some lucky person can have a private lunch with the Cuban-born actor and the opportunity to join him at the rehearsals for the 25th Hispanic Heritage Awards ceremony on Sept. 15 at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC.

The private lunch with William Levy can be won in an auction whose proceeds will benefit the Hispanic Heritage Foundation, the organization that hosts the Hispanic Heritage Awards (HHAs). Mexican telenovelas sweethearts William Levy and Maite Perroni will co-host the 25th Hispanic Heritage Awards, the annual celebration of Hispanic excellence and premier event of Hispanic Heritage Month in the United States. 

Since 2005, Levy has starred in multiple telenovelas, series, film and in theater. He has won four acting awards and Spanish-language magazines (including People en Español) have listed him as the “Most Beautiful” and “Most Sexy” man. He also stars as Jennifer Lopez’s love interest in her 2011 music video I’m into You from her latest album “Love?”

The Hispanic Heritage Awards (HHAs) were established in 1987 by the White House as the official celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, which spans from September 15th to October 15th.   Over the last 25 years, the HHAs have grown into one of the most prestigious awards in the United States, honoring Hispanic excellence, leadership, and accomplishments in the fields of Arts, Education, Leadership, Vision, Business, Sports and Legend.
