Celebrity Make up artist Claudia Betancur selected as one of the judges for the competition

Miami, FL Jan. 20, 2015 – Celebrity make up artist Claudia Betancur has been selected as one of the superstar judging experts responsible for choosing the first 2015 L’Oreal Paris Make-up Designer. L’Oreal looks at empowering and inspiring makeup artists to showcase their talents on YouTube for the chance of winning this one time in a lifetime opportunity. L’Oreal Paris The Brush Contest, the world’s first-ever online international makeup artists contest happening exclusively on YouTube. The Brush Contest is the latest expression of the brand’s Makeup Designer Paris platform. This platform goes beyond just a new signature for the brand. It was created to highlight the expertise and creativity of every woman. It has changed the way women are inspired by, interact with and shop for makeup.

“I am honored to have been selected as one of the judges for this incredible project. I am thrilled to share with those upcoming make up artists; I am looking forward to this great experience along side my L’Oreal family,” says Claudia.

Throughout her 20-year career, Claudia Betancur has had the opportunity to work with a variety of top celebrities and personalities including Thalia, Kim Kardashian, Paulina Rubio, and L’Oreal Paris spokespeople Jennifer Lopez and Eva Longoria, among many others. She has taken her career to the next level by becoming a brand ambassador for L’Oreal Paris USA for the Hispanic market for its third year in a row, and recently also signed exclusive to beauty brand Esika for Latin America and the Caribbean.
